Requirements:
• Master's in Urban Design from Leading College
• Self-motivated individual.
• Ability to prepare Project Strategies and Concepts.
• Strong understanding of ToD, LAP, TP Scheme, street design, place-making, urban forms, and building typologies.
• Experience in Working drawings, details, and Municipal drawings.
• Knowledge of codes and other standards as necessary for compliance.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Arc GIS, and other 3D software.
• Strong design and graphic skills.
• Excellent graphic skills, written and oral communication skills with an aptitude for research.
• Candidates from Mumbai shall be preferred .

• Independently prepare study reports and design presentations.
• Min. 3-7 years in designing and execution of public projects.
• Independently prepare land use use plans, comprehensive masterplans.

ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN (Mumbai)
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling.
• Revit experience in Architecture/Interior/Structural discipline.
• Well-versed in creating Revit parametric families.
• Should be able to generate Revit models from the concept sketches/files stage.
• Experience in Navis work.
• Should be able to generate various schedules and quality

• Responsible for the estimation and costing of Electrical, LV, ELV, HVAC & Firefighting projects.
• To float the inquiries and prepare the comparison for the BOQ line items.
• To generate a new database of suppliers and achieve better prices.
• Must be able to Coordinate with vendors to arrive at better pricing.
• Perform the technical and commercial review for the offers received from the vendors.
• Need to understand the BOQ and technical specifications. (Government projects First preference Like CPWD, PWD, CORPORATIONS, COUNCIL ETC.
• Prepare detailed estimations as per the tender requirement and ensure the offer has been quoted within the stipulated time.
• Must be goal-oriented and ensure the monthly targets are achieved.
