Boys Hostel at NITE

The architecture reflects a modern and timeless character with clean lines, strong geometric forms and a balanced composition. The two wings of the building open towards the landscape, ensuring good natural light, ventilation and privacy for the rooms, while the central core efficiently houses circulation, services and common facilities. The design emphasises functionality, efficiency and community living. The ground level is conceived to maximise open spaces and greenery around the building, with a transparent entrance and welcoming lounge areas that encourage interaction. The room layouts are planned for optimum space utilisation and comfort, while the common amenities such as dining, recreation, gymnasium and study areas are integrated to create a vibrant residential experience. Thoughtful planning, robust materials and a contemporary architectural expression come together to make the hostel a landmark within the campus. The project exemplifies our approach to institutional design-creating spaces that are sustainable, efficient and responsive to the needs of students while enhancing the overall campus environment.
