Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Senior Design Architect, based in our Mumbai HQ. Responsibilities include leading architectural design processes, creating and managing construction drawings, Coordinating the design between MEP Services, Structure and other expertise and collaborating with clients and internal teams. The role requires driving project excellence from concept development through execution while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification - Master's degree in Architecture

• 8-10 years of professional experience in architectural design and management.

• Candidate need to exhibit strong Design & Detailing Skills

• Ability to prepare coordinated drawings within project timelines.

• Expertise in creating detailed Construction Drawings according to industry and regulatory standards.

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and attention to detail.

• Expertise in Sketchup & Revit is a plus with min 7 years of exprience

• Knowledge in BIM is a plus

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Junior Landscape Architect with 1–2 years of experience. The role involves supporting Senior Landscape Architects in developing landscape concepts, preparing site layouts, and assisting with detailed planting plans and construction documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and revising design drawings, coordinating with architectural and engineering teams, and contributing to presentations and design reports. The Junior Landscape Architect will participate in site visits, assist in evaluating site conditions, and help ensure that landscape designs align with project requirements, sustainability goals, and client expectations. The role also includes maintaining project documentation and meeting timelines while following internal design standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with keen interest working in Landscape Architecture field.

• M.Arch (Landscape) us a plus

• 1–2 years of professional work or internship experience with landscape architect is a plus.

• Skills in Landscape Planning, site analysis, zoning, and integrated design solutions is a plus.

• Skills in developing concepts, outdoor spaces, and detailed layout drawings is a plus.

• Skills in preparing Planting Plans, including selection of species, arrangement, and seasonal planning.

• Proficiency in drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and basic knowledge of graphic presentation software.

• Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, and willingness to work collaboratively on-site in Mumbai.

• Good Communication Skills

• Understanding of sustainable design principles, local plant species, and basic landscape construction practices will be an advantage.

About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Urban Designer to join our Urbanism & Transaction Advisory team in Mumbai. The role involves working on large-scale master planning, urban design, infrastructure, institutional campuses, public realm projects, government developments, and transaction advisory assignments across India.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from concept planning through statutory coordination and client presentations while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead urban design and master planning projects from concept to detailed planning.
• Prepare land use plans, development frameworks, urban design guidelines, and implementation strategies.
• Develop site planning, campus planning, township planning, mixed-use developments, healthcare, institutional, sports, transport, and government projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architecture, landscape, transport, infrastructure, environment, and MEP consultants.
• Undertake site analysis, GIS studies, zoning analysis, and planning due diligence.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, design narratives, and graphical documentation.
• Support transaction advisory assignments by assisting in highest and best use studies, development potential assessments, PPP projects, concession planning, financial feasibility inputs, and bid documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, stakeholder consultations, and government presentations.
• Coordinate statutory approvals and planning submissions with local authorities.
• Mentor junior architects and urban designers and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Prepare BOQs as per SOR and carry out rate analysis for non-SOR items for tendering.

• Ensure designs comply with IS codes, NBC, CPHEEO, NFPA & NBC standards.
