SPA was entrusted with the Master Planning, Architectural Design and Landscape Design of the campus, developing a cohesive vision that integrates academic facilities, administrative buildings, student amenities and landscaped open spaces into a unified and sustainable campus. The planning emphasises pedestrian connectivity, climate-responsive design and a vibrant public realm that enhances the overall learning experience. The project was executed on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis with BG Shirke Construction Technology Pvt. Ltd. as the EPC contractor. Through close collaboration between the design and construction teams, the campus was delivered with a strong focus on quality, functionality and long-term adaptability. The completed development reflects SPA’s multidisciplinary expertise in delivering largescale institutional campuses that seamlessly combine architecture, landscape and infrastructure into an enduring educational environment.
