From planning and executing a unique township project for the Mumbai Police Force or designing the building for the boys’ hostel at NITTIE, we have experimented with the façade and other aspects to ensure that the end result is highly livable, without looking regular. SPA has always focused on designing residential buildings that not only optimize spaces, but also have a distinct and memorable elevation. While promoting green architecture, the idea has been to bring in more warmth in the indoor spaces, to make the residents, feel more comfortable.
